let’SEEE is a video-on-demand platform, where we provide members with online streaming services. Users can watch contents online through personal computers, smartphones or other devices.

 

A cinema of its own kind

let’SEEE operates just like a typical cinema. And we are here to go beyond the boundaries that limit the operation of a traditional cinema. We hope to release films that have not had the chance to premiere in cinemas, or allow those who cannot go to a cinema for whatever reasons to enjoy their favourites again.

letSEEE allows customers to access to our contents in two ways:

    1. [Pay-Per-View] – we value every single piece of work and hope to bring and introduce them to the audiences as soon as possible. You can view the content on a pay-per-view basis.
    2. [letSEEE plan] –Customers can enjoy an unlimited access to our library and new release of films and programs in a more economical and convenient way by joining our plan at a recurring monthly, half-yearly or yearly rate.

 

 

let’SEEE is devoted to gather a variety of contents, and to provide a convenient and high-quality viewing experience for our members. So far, let’SEEE provides 2 categories of films and programs.

  • Films : Featured movies curated by the team of let’SEEE.
  • Specials: Special programmes such as bloopers, extras, interviews, making-of and talks.

let’SEEE will continuously update our film list and programs without further notice.

 

 

Members can enjoy an unlimited access to our library of films and programs in a more economical and convenient way by joining our plan for a recurring monthly, half-yearly or yearly rate. Members who join this plan become our VIP members who have priority to buy our products (limited edition), to receive anime giveaways and join our movie gala premiere and other events. Other privileges will be announced and updated on our websites, FaceBook Page, Instagram and Twitter.

 

 

Video contents on let’SEEE contains Chinese (traditional) subtitles.
Some video contents offer multilingual audio tracks (Cantonese, Japanese, Mandarin, etc.) and optional subtitles (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, etc.). For details, please refer to description on content page.

 

 

The majority of let’SEEE’s video content are in High Definition (HD) resolution; certain content may include 4K Ultra High Definition (4K UHD) or Standard Definition (SD) resolution.

 

Using let'SEEE

 

You can watch let’SEEE through any internet-connected devices, including personal computers, smartphones, and tablets. Users can log in to the same account using different devices above mentioned.

〈Recommended Minimum Internet Connection Speed〉

  • Standard Definition (SD): 1.2 Mbps
  • High Definition (HD): Minimum of 4Mbps
  • 4K / Ultra HD (UHD): Minimum of 15Mbps

Internet speed may vary depending on your device, as well as other factors, such as location, available bandwidth and/or connection speed. To maximise your visual quality during playback, we recommend using the most stable and efficient internet connection.

 

 

let’SEEE will automatically adjust the video and audio quality according to your available bandwidth. If connection speed decreases, let’SEEE will reduce the resolution automatically to save bandwidth.

  • 5GB data usage for a 90-minute High Definition (HD) movie
  • 1GB data usage for a 90-minute Standard Definition (SD) movie

If you worry about the usage of cellular data, we strongly recommend you watch the videos with Wi-Fi connection.

 

Membership Sign-Up

 

You have to sign up as a member of let’SEEE to access our services and watch videos on our platform, including films under subscription plan and pay-per-view films and videos.

Those who are 18 years old or above, and agrees to let’SEEE’s terms and privacy policy can sign up as our members for free.

 

 

Visit let’SEEE’s homepage, select “Register”. Enter your email address and click “Send OTP”. Check your mailbox for the email sent by let’SEEE containing your One Time Password (OTP). Then, return to the registration page to enter your OTP. Next, enter relevant information such as your full name, birthday and create your own password for the account. After successful system verification, you are officially a member of let’SEEE!

 

 

You can subscribe through the following 3 methods.

  1. Once you finished your free registration, you will arrive a page where you can choose a plan and subscribe.
  2. When you click "Watch now" button of a program which is included in our [let'SEEE plan], you will arrive a page where you can choose a plan and subscribe.
  3. Once you have logged in, go to "My Profile" > "My Plans" , you can subscribe a plan by clicking "Select Your Plan" button

 

 

VIP members have priorty access to limited edition merchandise, giveaways and a variety of VIP events, including movie previews or gala.

 

Account & Sign in

 

On the Login page, please enter your email address and password accordingly.

 

 

After logging in, go to “My Profile” -> “Account Information” to update your information such as avatar, name, and birthday.

 

 

After logging in, go to “My Profile” -> “Account Information”, then enter your current and new password under “Change Password”.

 

 

If you forgot your password, please go to the Login page and click “Forgot Password?”. Follow the page instructions to reset your password.

 

Watching let'SEEE

 

Once you are registered as a member of let’SEEE and logged in successfully, you can start watching our videos. For more details, please refer to the “Membership Sign-Up” section.

After logging in, select any videos that you would like to watch and finish your payment according to the page instructions (for Per Per View or "let'SEEE plan" ).

If you have already paid for a movie and the expiration date has not yet arrived, you can go to “My Account” -> “My Library”. The page will display all viewable options (including those paid Pay Per View / redeemed videos). Click on the desired content and the video will start to play!

After logging in, select any videos that you would like to watch and finish your payment according to the page instructions (for Per Per View or "let'SEEE plan" ).

If you have subscribed to [let'SEEE plan], you can enjoy an unlimited access to majority of the movies and videos except for some of our premium titles. Content titles under [let'SEEE plan] are not listed in "My Account" > "My Library".

You may go to "My Account" > "My Watch History" to view the list of movies and videos you have already watched.

Payment

 

let’SEEE accepts credit cards for Pay Per View payment, [let'SEEE plan] subscription.

 

 

Select the video > “Watch Now” > Select the purchase option (Pay Per View, subcribe [let'SEEE plan], Pay Per View Bundle, Credit, Coupon Code). Follow the page instructions to pay with a credit card; or use vouchers (if applicable).

 

 

Pay Per View Bundle offers discounted price and a more flexible viewing period for members to watch two or more videos under a video package selection. Members can browse the payment page and select your combination

 

 

Some videos can be pre-ordered. Simply buy them before their release date at a at a discounted price.

After you have pre-ordered, please remember to log in to your account, go to 'My Library" to watch the video according to the date and time specified.

 

 

Select the video -> click on “Watch Now”, enter the code in “Coupon Code” and click “Apply”. If the coupon code works, the price will be adjusted right away. Then continue the payment procedure for the remaining amount.

 

 

Select the video -> click on “Watch Now” or “Pre-order”, enter the code in “Coupon Code” and click “Apply”. Then, click “Redeem & Watch now”.

If the video is a pre-order item, please remember to go to 'My Library" to watch the video according to the date and time specified.

 

 

Apart from livestream shows and Pay Per View bundles, each video will have a viewing period of 48 hours after a successful purchase.
Please finish watching the video within the 48-hour period after payment. No Refunds will be made.

Live broadcast shows are designated to stream at a specific date and time. There will be no playbacks or re-runs. Viewing extension will not be entertained.

Different Pay Per View bundles have different video viewing periods, please refer to the details on the payment page.

VIP members who have subscribed [let'SEEE plan] can access to all contents under the plan unlimitedly.

 

 

All videos can be played unlimited times within the 48-hour period. (Excluding livestream shows and specific Pay Per View Bundles)

VIP members who have subscribed [let'SEEE plan] can access to all contents under the plan unlimitedly (excluding Premium contents).

 

 

After logging in, go to "My Account" -> "My Purchase History" to check the purchase record.

 

 

After logging in, go to "My Account" -> "My Card Information". Select the credit card you want to remove and click "Delete".

 

Troubleshooting

 

Your internet connection speed limits the video and audio quality. When your connection speed drops, let’SEEE’s system will automatically lower your streaming resolution to maintain smooth playback. In contrast, if your connection speed returns to a normal level, the system will automatically resume to the best quality available. Please ensure sufficient internet connection speed, or use WiFi network or broadband connection to obtain the best video playback quality.

 

 

Please ensure the volume is turned on when playing videos.

Certain browsers will automatically set the video on mute, please manually turn off the mute function to enable sound effects.

 

 

Some operating systems and browsers do not support auto-play function. Please manually click on the movie poster to initiate video playing.

 

 

Apart from live shows and contents for the VIP members who have subscribed [let'SEEE plan], all let’SEEE’s videos have a 48-hours viewing period limit. Please finish watching the film within 48 hours after the payment.

As for pre-order videos, please remember to log in to your account and watch it after the premiere date. Once you have started watching the video, please finish it within the 48-hours period.

Live broadcast shows will only stream at a specific date and time. There will be no playbacks or re-runs.

Videos may be removed from the platform without further notice.

 

 

let'SEEE supports maximum three devices logging in the same account but nly allows one device to stream concurrently. Please do not play the video on other devices if problems occur; go to “My Account” -> “My Devices” to remove any unused devices; or wait for 5 minutes to resume playing.

 

 

There is no commitment period for let’SEEE’s members. You can cancel the membership service at any time.

However, once your membership is cancelled, all your paid or redeemed videos, credits and purchasing records will be removed from the system. Please ensure that you finished watching all videos, and used up all remaining credits, coupons or vouchers before cancellation. There is NO refund or other corresponding arrangements.

To Cancel, please go to “My Account” > "My plan" > press "Cancel subscription". You may continue watch our content by Pay Per View.

 

 

As applicable law permits, payments are non-refundable. For any unseen let’SEEE contents, unused credit points or vouchers, we will not offer refund or any kind of exchange.
